Care of your Pets:

To the new boarder, being in kennels can be a confusing experience. Some dogs will adjust quickly and happily to the new routine and surroundings but that little extra love and attention is given to the newcomers to help them settle down to the new environment and our kennel staff are specially trained with this purpose in mind.
Also, we are always interested to discuss your pets special requirements, including diet, etc. Where suitable, we do recommend that your dog or bitch shares it's compartment with a compatible partner - this usually helps the settling down process but is, naturally, only done with the owners approval.

We stock an extensive range of pet foods enabling us to closely follow the feeding routine that each pet is given at home.

Any veterinary treatment prescribed can be continued whilst your pet is in our care. Our staff are trained in caring for elderly, deaf or blind and diabetic pets.

We would recommend the six monthly Intrac vaccine but we do not insist on it. We do not let dogs into the kennels within 7 days of this vaccine. If you have any queries or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that in the event of sickness or accident we reserve the right to call our own kennel veterinary surgeons who are on 24 hour call.
(N.B.: Please ask for details of our insurance scheme re. veterinary fees).
